We offer flat-fee basic engagements which are based upon the overall workload being demanded by our clients.

Basic Engagement price range (exemplar): €900-€19,000

This package is designed for more complicated projects and larger organisations. Multi-facet or multimodal challenges will often require more research, preparation, analysis and modelling work in order to be completed to the highest of standards.

The Complex Engagement package is offered as a flat-fee product which enables the consulting to be performed to the highest quality standards.

Complex Engagement price: €20,000-€70,000

Problem solving can be a tricky and complex process. As a result, it can often be the case that a client would like additional assistance solving a challenge not initially agreed upon within the scope of the consultation.

As a result, we have found that offering an on-the-go scope expansion bolt-on service can greatly increase the overall breadth achieved by the consultation.

Scope expansion bolt-ons can be applied to both basic and complex engagement packages and are traditionally billed on an hourly rate.

Long-term engagements can often yield the best results for our clients when it comes to big projects and initiatives.

This monthly billed retainer package is by far the most cost-effective manner in which to obtain expert advice over a longer period of time and is particularly effective for those tricky yet irregular challenges.
